In the case of personal data whose owners are minors or incapacitated persons, this request must be made by the person legally representing the rights of the minor or incapacitated person, either through the accreditation of parental authority, or through his or her legally appointed guardian or curator.
  3. The holders must send their request for the exercise of the rights ”ARCO“ the request must be accompanied by all the documents relevant to the request.   8. In the event that the request is admissible in accordance with the LFPDPPP and other regulations in force, access will be granted, the data will be rectified or cancelled, the right of opposition will be enforced or consent will be deemed revoked, within fifteen working days following the date on which the request is answered. This term may be extended for an additional fifteen working days when there are justifying causes, this situation will be notified to the holder in accordance with the provisions of Article 97 of the Regulations of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (RLFPDPPP).
  9. In all cases in which the request is admissible, in terms of the provisions of articles 32, 33, 34 and 35 of the LFPDPPP, the delivery of personal data will be free of charge through the e-mail address provided by the data owner for such purposes, in the event that the information is required to be delivered in a different way, he/she will only have to cover the justified shipping costs and/or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats that may be generated.
